Upon viewing Nintendo’s Pre-E3 video again, I happened to notice something fairly interesting. It seems as though Wii Channels will make their return in some form or fashion, so if you really loved those channels, you might not have to say goodbye.
If you look at the two images in this post, you can see that on both the main screen and GamePad screen there are icons for what looks to be the a version of the Wii Channels we all know and love (bottom right on the TV and upper right on the GamePad). Will selecting these icons bring up a menu akin to what the Wii’s menus look like now? It would make sense considering a large mass of Miis may not make for the easiest way to launch something specific. There’s got to be a place to find all of those old Virtual Console games you bought, right? RIGHT?
