Ubisoft brings us one of the best games shown all day, and not just because it’s the first Wii U title to hit the scene (but that certainly helps). During the conference tonight we learned that Rayman Legends will feature five player simultaneous coop on the Wii in addition to having a really cool and interesting music twist to at least one level.

Alright, let’s get to the sweet stuff first: starting at about the 2:50 mark, you will see some of the new ideas developers have been thinking up with the Wii U (sorry if that sounds too much like a Nintendo press release). As Rayman and Co. start sliding and bumping through the level, the person with the GamePad is pressing certain points on the screen that help them along the way but these presses also produce sounds that coincide with the music in the background. It is very cool.

Beyond that, we get a taste of how pretty the game will be (hint: very pretty). This might be the first Rayman game that I actually own.
