Other than your dignity, that is. At this point in time we have all accepted what it looks like to shake a remote vigorously in front of our TVs. By now it is all second nature. Until today, however, we really did not know how much our bank account would suffer to upgrade to the new, super higher deffed, no controller having Microsoft Kinect. Well if you have been standing in anticipation (because as of now the Kinect doesn’t really understand sitting) to learn how much games will cost for the device, then today is your day.

“Hey guys, let’s play this new game I have! It’s called Dominion and it’s totally awesome!”

These words I heard this past weekend. My normal group of friends and I, on roughly a bi-weekly basis, come together around a giant wooden table to play board games until the wee hours of the night, eating mouthfuls of M&Ms and making fun of the host’s dogs all the while. Geez… those fat, smelly dogs.

I had my reservations, as normally we play something cool like Arkham Horror. A fun card game, you say? Well I never! We must inform the Prime Minister! As it turns out, Dominion is so great that your pants my very well spontaneously combust.

In all of the hullabaloo surrounding E3 and the big reveal of the 3DS, we haven’t heard a lot of straight shooting answers. Well, Wired yesterday posted a really interesting interview with Hideki Konno, basically the guy who says what the 3DS gets to do. He’s like the John McCain of handheld development, as straight-shooting as they come.

As it turns out, I am fairly certain that I have been in a coma for roughly a month after expending so much energy in LA. These things happen; there is no one to blame.
